Help for Fabric Registration Journal Page 1. Basic Concepts You have studied basic concepts about general fabric like fiber, yarn, construction, FRN Code in previous page("FRN Journal"). We will introduce one more concept in this page called "Conditions". 1) Fabric Conditions : Another supplemental factors like width, weight, color, supplier, embellishments, and so on. - Width : Edge to edge(ete), Cuttable(deduct 1 inch each side). UOM(Unit of Measure) : inches. - Weight : GSM, Oz - Shrinkage : Width(W), Length(L). UOM : (%) - Supplier & Supplier Style# - One Roll : YDS, LBS(40LBS is default). - Condition Code : System assigns sequential number by registered time. 2) Conclusion : Final identification of fabric is the combination of FRN Code and Condition Code. FRN Code represents fabric itself, and Condition Code represents all other supplemental elements of fabric. 2. Detail Explanations 1) Heading Part - FRN Code, FRN Desc : Obvious from previous page("FRN Journal"); - Date : Registered Date - Registered By : Basically who added this FRN. When you go to the "New Registration" in previous page, system asking you the password, system will recognize you by this password. 2) Main Body Part - Category, Construction, Yarn : I don't need to explain here again. 3) Conditions Part - Add New Condition : i) Click "Add Line" ii) Fill out information in empty line. iii) Click "Save" on "Add" column. - Add New Supplier : If your supplier is not in dropdown list, then click "Add Supplier" and fill out supplier information. Click "OK" to complete add new data, then you can see newly added supplier is sworn in the last row. - Search Conditions : If your conditions are big, then you can partially search by conditions. - Update Conditions : Click "Update" in Update column, "Delete" in Delete column. - Adopt Condition : Style Development Fabric(SDF) uses this page too. Just click (=>) sign in desirable line for adoption. 4) Command Buttons in the bottom. - "Back" buttons : Obvious. - "Delete FRN" : For delete displayed FRN. If you are not sure, please don't try it.
